I had a wonderful experience with this practice. The staff and doctors are friendly, down-to-earth, and very professional. They guided me throughout the entire way to ensure I felt at ease and discussing finances was a breeze. I came in for a consult and had the procedure done the same day. I felt more confident in knowing that Dr. Jeffrey Dello Russo himself conducted the procedure. I had a three-day follow-up and it was nice to know the staff recognized me. I wish I remembered all of their names but special thanks to Ahmed for the comprehensive eye exams, providing me with much insight I needed regarding continuing self-care, and follow-ups. I would definitely recommend this practice to those who are looking for permanent vision correction. Rule of thumb; not everyone qualifies for these types of treatments but definitely worth every penny for those that do. I can finally see 20/20!!! Best investment ever made in my life. I don’t have to worry about relying on glasses or contacts.

The staff and Dr. De la Russo were absolutely amazing. Courteous, understanding, and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, the procedure was explained in detail and the results were amazing..as a mother of three..absolute best gift to myself.

The folks at Dello Russo has been amazing to work with. My surgery was quick and painless at the time of surgery. They were very clear on post op process and helpful throughout the whole thing. A year later, my eyesight is 20/20. I do have slight astigmatism in my left eye but my right eye is 20/20 so with both eyes, my vision is great. Very happy with my experience!

Dr Dello Russo doesn't know that he changed my life for the better. At 26 years old, with -8 and -6 prescription never thought the idea of good vision was possible without glasses/contacts. Eternally thankful and grateful for the amazing staff from the front desk, assistant and the doctor himself. Don't be scared, everything was so smooth from actual procedure and recovery.

Highly recommend Dr. Dello Russo. I had very poor eyesight and I have to say the end result is life changing. The staff really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Best decision you can make regarding your eyes.

Just had surgery 2 days ago. Best decision ever I’m seeing 20/20 I recommend this place to anyone. Front desk is amazing as well as the technicians and the doctors. Tatyana was very sweet and friendly.

My experience was great. Everything was explained well for before & after treatment. The process was smooth and easy. No pain at all. I would recommend 100% if you’re thinking about getting lasik surgery. The front ladies were very nice & helpful as well. I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner.

I have had a double stigmatism for half of my life. Wearing contacts and glasses has always been a hassle. For years i would hear advertising on New York City Radio stations Power 105 The Breakfast club radio shows about fixing your vision. After reading the pros and cons of Lasik i decided to pull the trigger and get a consultation. I was greeted by a nice receptionist in a very clean and sterilized office. Post Covid 19 the office takes every precaution to ensure your safety. I was evaluated by Ahmed who guided me through the process and explained to me about my condition. The Dello Russo Laser Vision Staff Is so kind and attentive as they walk you through all the steps needed for surgery. I am so thrilled by my experience from the friendly office staff, specially Tatiana, to the talented Dr. Dellorusso, everyone was outstanding. While I was nervous, the office environment is so welcoming, knowledge and kind that my  worries went away. The entire procedure takes only like 5 minutes? Maybe even less. After the procedure, I went home and napped. When I woke up I felt a little uncomfortable (the numbing they used during the procedure wore off) after about 2 hours I was perfect and now with perfect vision! I can’t even believe it but I have amazing vision and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. My eyes don’t hurt at all, not uncomfortable! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I was hesitant to get LASIC and felt nervous up until the day of the procedure however Tatiana did an excellent job at answering all my questions and "holding my hand" through the process. Exceptional Surgery, Staff, and Service!

Got my eyes done on Tuesday, went home and slept it off and had 20/20 vision the next morning.

Definitely worth the investment to never have to bother with the hassle of glasses or contacts again. All of the staff were helpful and attentive and were available for any questions at any time.

The staff here was very patient and pleasant, environment is clean and friendly. Dr Dello Rosso and I’m his entire staff did an amazing job. The process lasted under 10 minutes.I felt no pain or discomfort, right after the procedure I could see very clearly. I was very nervous and they reassured me that everything will be fine. they were very caring towards me and allow me to voice my concern’s / questions. They will answer all  your inquiries to ensure that you fully understand the process of the pre/ post surgery. They also give you a designer glasses. I would rate my overall experience here 10/10

I highly recommend going to Dello Russo for your lasik eye surgery. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful. I had gone to free evaluations at several places around the city and the advanced machines they use and amazing staff made the difference for me. Finally getting lasik has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
